A Donor with a Large Heart
Meet Shymoli Das who is a domestic worker in our house hold. Her husband deserted her as she was suffering from T.B. (Tuberculosis), took their son away and went off to Bangladesh!
He brought the boy back after 16 years and now she is supporting him and herself!
Though she has been through a traumatic life of suffering and separation, her ever loving heart has always been big.
Every year donates Rs. 2100 towards our Children at Society for Indian Children’s Welfare (SICW) from here humble earnings.
I hope this tale of selfless sacrifice inspires and encourages all of us to come forward and spare a little from privileged lives.
