An enlightening visit from one of our Sponsors
Today the IICP physiotherapists were accompanied by one of the sponsors, Mrs.Marika Miller who came to visit 'Udaan' and its special children, staff and parents.
She spoke to the parents and got positive replies from all of them! She even witnessed the children enjoying their chicken curry and rice which was served for lunch.
Both parents and children seemed to be happy and connected with Marika.
The lesson plans, daily routine and assessment of the children created by the special educators were appreciated and praised by her. Marika also suggested that the special shoes which are given to the children should be made of a lighter material for better mobility and convenience.
She was extremely satisfied with in-house program that the special teachers conduct daily.
Overall it was an interesting and educative session with the IICP staff and Marika.
